You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. Resellers must be authorized by Elite to access reseller-only content, pricing, and tools.

  • Elite may communicate with the homeowner, reseller, or reseller when appropriate
Details specific to each protection plan are governed by the written warranty terms provided at activation.

7. Reseller and Partner Materials

Resellers may access logos, brochures, PDFs, and other marketing assets (“Materials”) for use in promoting Elite Surface Protection plans.
Resellers agree that:

  • Materials may not be altered without written authorization
  • Materials may only be used to promote approved Elite plans
  • Wholesale pricing and reseller information are confidential
  • Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited

Elite may revoke reseller access at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, downloadable materials, and software—is the property of Elite Surface Protection or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct
